Scott has enjoyed measurable success in both our real estate brokerage and real estate valuation platforms. He has developed the level of expertise to enjoy the position as our in-house specialist on more complex valuation assignments including the valuation of real property assets with tangible business enterprise value such as express tunnel car wash facilities and convenience store / gas stations. Scott’s real estate appraisal experience is broad and diverse, and he maintains an aggressive and highly competent approach to our real estate services.
