Laird joined the McEnery Company in 2016 and is currently a Certified General Appraiser in Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi and Texas. Her experience encompasses a wide range of property types including short-term rentals and hotels, net leased assets, residential subdivisions and planned communities, multi-family, industrial, suburban and downtown office, shopping centers, healthcare, and special purpose properties. Aside from conventional financing, she has experience with specialized financing programs such as Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
Laird grew up in North Carolina and graduated from Rhodes College in 2014. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, reading, and traveling.
