A regional lender engaged The McEnery Company to provide both an AS IS and Prospective Market Value study of the proposed nature of The Marigny Hotel in the New Orleans Faubourg Marigny.  The site is the former St. Peter and Paul Campus in the 2300 block of Burgundy Street, and the development is expected to deliver much needed supply for present demand for actual hotel rooms in the Marigny.  The immediate neighborhood’s lodging demand is presently met primarily with smaller-scale bed and breakfast and short-term rental options.   The Marigny Hotel is a 71 room concept facilitated with the inclusion of State and Federal historic tax credit equity.  The McEnery Company was also engaged by the developer to provide a feasibility analysis of the project in advance of financing procurement.
