The McEnery Company was recently engaged to appraise The Home Depot located on Highland Road in Baton Rouge. Our report consisted of both land and sales approaches, and included extensive data of net leased retail properties in the region. Our scope of work contained a tenant credit evaluation, remaining lease term examination and level A market and marketability analyses. The McEnery Company has provided numerous valuations for similar properties, including a Home Depot in Slidell.
