A regional lender engaged The McEnery Company to provide an AS IS opinion of the market value of the Dock Bar & Grill and Boat Storage Facility located on the Seaway Canal in Gulfport, MS.  The campus is improved with a total of 73,655 square feet of building area, and also included significant excess land parcels.  The operation includes a total of 250 dry boat storage units, a full service restaurant and bar as well as fuel service dock.  Our analysis required due segregation of personal property and measurement of business enterprise value tied to the going concern as a boat storage and restaurant / bar operation.
