The sale process was highly negotiated and required strategic advisory services dependent on critical local entitlement processes and development under-writing criteria. The end result proved to be a win for all parties, including the Uptown New Orleans neighborhood and the Freret Street corridor with apparent plans for the 1st Trader Joes Grocery Store to open in the New Orleans market very likely happening at this site.

The McEnery Company successfully represented buyers and sellers in all three tracts that make up the entirely of this City block, including the sale of the Our Lady of Lourdes Sanctuary at the opposite Napoleon corner and the new Bellwether Technology headquarters now housed in the former Rectory building. This transaction marks the completion of a nearly mature and incredibly vibrant Freret Corridor market stretching from Jefferson to Napoleon.
