612 Julia Row, LLC retained The McEnery Company as the exclusive marketing agent for one of the 13 Julia Row Sisters, located between St. Charles Avenue and Camp Street. The property is an approximately 7,000 square foot, seven unit mixed historic building in the heart of the New Orleans Warehouse District. The McEnery Company ultimately acted as the dual agent in the sale of the property to a local multi-family real estate investor.
