Louis LeBourgeois IV is a New Orleans–based commercial real estate professional and graduate of Louisiana State University (Class of 2021). He began his career at The McEnery Company, where he built a strong foundation in property valuation before transitioning into brokerage.
Louis has extensive experience in the New Orleans market, including the leasing and sale of prominent restaurant locations. He is also well-versed in the city’s short-term rental landscape, providing clients with insight into a highly dynamic and regulated asset class. In addition, Louis has led site selection for the Smalls Sliders brand across multiple regional markets, including Jackson and Hattiesburg, Mississippi; the Mississippi Gulf Coast; and Pensacola, Florida. He has also brokered retail transactions with national tenants including Dollar General, along with the leasing and disposition of multi-tenant retail centers.
Louis regularly navigates complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders, layered deal structures, and challenging assets, requiring strategic problem-solving and a detailed understanding of both market conditions and execution. He brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to each assignment, with a focus on driving deals from initial interest through closing.
Outside of work, Louis enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and supporting the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints.
