Christopher C. Bellone received a bachelors and masters degree in architecture from Tulane University. After completing his architectural internship working in the design build construction industry in Washington, DC he returned to New Orleans. From 1991 to 2000 CCDco, Louisiana State Licensed General Contractor, constructed residential and commercial renovations and new construction in New Orleans metro area. During this period Christopher also executed real estate investments and developments, this eventually becoming the focus. He has experience in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. Some of Christopher’s past investment and development project include the acquisition and renovation of 30 New Orleans area residential properties, multiple land developments in New Orleans and Florida, as well as new warehouses on South Front Street in New Orleans, just to name a few. Christopher is currently a Louisiana State Licensed Architect, with NCARB reciprocity in 48 states and Real Estate Broker.
