Brett Sanchez is a commercial real estate professional with a well-rounded background spanning brokerage, investment advisory, acquisitions, and appraisal. Originally from New Orleans, Brett relocated to Memphis in 2008 following Hurricane Katrina, where he spent his formative years before returning to Louisiana for college.
Brett graduated from Louisiana State University in 2021 and began his career in commercial real estate shortly thereafter. Since entering the industry, Brett has worked across multiple facets of the business, including brokerage, mid-market and institutional multifamily investment advisory, and acquisitions. He has since transitioned into the appraisal field, where he continues to refine his expertise in valuation and market analysis. His background across several verticals of commercial real estate allows him to approach each assignment with a unique, well-informed perspective.
Outside of work, Brett is a dedicated fan of the LSU Tigers and the New Orleans Saints. He enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active, bringing the same energy and consistency from his personal life into his professional pursuits.
