The University Medical Center, a Proud Member of LCMC Health, engaged The McEnery Company to perform a campus wide market study for all space types contained within the newly developed state-of-the-art hospital campus containing over 2,100,000 square feet of space and a total of 446 hospital beds.  Our market rent studies, which were individually reported under separate cover, addressed the market rent potential for a wide variety of spaces from the intensive care unit to the helicopter landing pad. The UMC Hospital campus is the most significant and highest cost real estate development in New Orleans history.
