The property was in need of significant renovation and refurbishment at the time of the sale. The McEnery Company has project managed the re-activation of 1713 Corbin, and is nearing completion of a comprehensive refurbishment to include installation of a new roof, a new HVAC system, fully re-built office space, a newly stabilized and re-graded yard with stabilized limestone, extensive painting, a new electrical system and a newly installed concrete surface across the entire slab of the structure.
