The McEnery Company was engaged to provide Prospective Value and As-Is Market Value opinions for the commercial condominiums located on the ground floor of The Standard, a luxurious apartment building in downtown New Orleans. Availability is limited, and construction for one of the spaces is expected to be completed in the near future. Some of these tenants include Fidelity Bank, Eustis Mortgage, and Rye 51. A celebrated New York chef is opening a Mexican restaurant in one of the spaces as well.
