The McEnery Company, in conjunction with S. Parkerson Holdings and another private client, assembled three separate parcels with three different ownerships to create a 3.25 acre tract of land along Cypress Street in West Monroe with four street frontages and comprising the majority of the block between Register Street and Travis Street. S. Parkerson Holdings, LLC was the purchaser of the assemblage who ultimately assigned the contracts to a 3rd party to facilitate the development of a new location for The Plumbing Warehouse in West Monroe, Louisiana.
