Kimberly Armand

Executive Administrator | Real Mike Partners

Kimberly Armand is the Executive Administrator and Transaction Coordinator for the RealMike Partners team at McEnery Residential. She started her real estate career in 2012 as the assistant to Mike Humphrey, RealMike Partners’ rainmaker.

Kimberly has always had a passion for real estate and watching the transformation of properties through renovations. She successfully guided her brother in the purchase and renovation of a rental property and helped him sell a few years later at a significant profit.  She has also personally purchased and renovated a home from a client which is currently used as her primary residence.  Professionally, Kimberly and Mike have complemented each other’s talents to build relationships, help families and continue to improve their real estate business.  Although much of her time is spent working with Mike and assisting his clients, she also enjoys the agent role helping personal family and friends with their real estate needs. She has a knack for making the transition of buying, selling, or investing in real estate as seamless as possible.  She takes a hands-on approach and is very detail oriented in everything she touches.

Prior to her real estate career, Kimberly gained significant experience in the insurance industry that she leverages to assist RealMike Partners clients. At 21 years old, Kimberly became a licensed life and health producer and eventually worked her way up to her property and casualty license along with other CSR and INS certifications. Her experience with quoting and writing homeowner’s, property, and flood insurance policies is an asset for a widely misunderstood aspect of buying and selling real estate.  Kimberly also has experience litigating property claims and coordinating with insurance companies in the interest of her clients.   Kimberly was born and raised in Belle Chasse, Louisiana on the Westbank side of New Orleans.  Her experience and knowledge of this area provides the team with the expertise to not only service Historic New Orleans, but the surrounding areas as well.  She attended Belle Chasse High School where she graduated within the top 10 of her class and received a pole-vaulting track and field full ride scholarship to the University of New Orleans where she studied Business Administration and Accounting.  When not learning new things in real estate, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband, Daniel Armand, and three daughters.  Her favorite pastime is entertaining, cooking, and grilling out with family and friends.
